Additional information

CS-K12 is a knife blade for professional digital cutting environments. Double-edged, two tipped, blade for universal cutting applications. Same cut parameters as the Z10 but with two tips to double usable cut life. Similar to CS-K13, but with larger overcut and longer cut life than the CS-K13. It is made for shops running Gerber, IECHO, Kongsberg, Summa and Zund cutting systems, making it a practical replacement choice when you need predictable fit and familiar cutting behavior across established digital cutting workflows.

The blade is designed for knife – static/drag work and supports material thicknesses up to 4.8 mm with a 50 degrees cut angle and a 1.5 mm blade thickness. The flat stock profile gives the blade a familiar handling style for operators who already work with comparable tools. The physical dimensions are 2.22 cm long, 1.63 cm wide and .35 cm high, so it can be checked quickly against existing tool storage, ordering records and machine documentation.

In day-to-day production, CS-K12 is especially relevant for board – rigid such as EVA – Ethylene Vinyl Acetate, Expanded PVC, Komatex(R), Plaskolite(R) and Polyethylene 4 lbs., board – soft such as Corrugated Plastic, Matboard, Polycarbonate Sheet and Styrene, composite such as Prepreg Carbon Fiber, Prepreg Quartz, Prepreg Unidirectional Carbon Fiber and Toray(R) Prepreg Carbon Fiber, film / vinyl such as 3M(R) Diamond Grade, 3M(R) Vinyl, Avery Dennison(R) Vinyl, Faux Carbon Fiber and General Formulations(R) Vinyl and flexible material such as Carpet, Cork, Foam, Garlock(R) and Gasket Material. These material matches make it useful for operators who need one blade option that can be selected confidently for common production boards, films, textiles, composites, packaging stock or flexible sheet materials shown in the product data.

The listed overcut values include a 0.84 mm start overcut and a 0.84 mm end overcut, which helps operators compare this blade against nearby alternatives when fine tuning corners, lead-ins and small details.
