Additional information

CS-K16a (Asymmetrical) is a single edge blade for professional digital cutting environments. K16 blade featuring asymmetrical cutting edge. Used for ridge-free inside cutting edge. Utilized for both static drag knife and oscillation cutting applications. It is made for shops running Gerber, IECHO, Kongsberg and Zund cutting systems, making it a practical replacement choice when you need predictable fit and familiar cutting behavior across established digital cutting workflows.

The blade is designed for knife – oscillate, knife – static/drag work and supports material thicknesses up to 7.4 mm with a 53.2 degrees cut angle and a 0.63 mm blade thickness. The flat stock profile gives the blade a familiar handling style for operators who already work with comparable tools. The physical dimensions are 2.22 cm long, 1.63 cm wide and .35 cm high, so it can be checked quickly against existing tool storage, ordering records and machine documentation.

In day-to-day production, CS-K16a (Asymmetrical) is especially relevant for board – soft such as Corrugated Plastic, Dispa(R), Foam Board, Fome-Cor(R) and Insite(R) Foam Board, composite such as Prepreg Carbon Fiber, Prepreg Quartz, Prepreg Unidirectional Carbon Fiber and Toray(R) Prepreg Carbon Fiber, corrugated single such as E Flute, F Flute and G Flute, film / vinyl such as 3M(R) Diamond Grade, 3M(R) Vinyl, Avery Dennison(R) Vinyl, Faux Carbon Fiber and General Formulations(R) Vinyl and flexible material such as Cork, Foam, Garlock(R), Gasket Material and Magnetic Foil. These material matches make it useful for operators who need one blade option that can be selected confidently for common production boards, films, textiles, composites, packaging stock or flexible sheet materials shown in the product data.

The listed overcut values a 0.75 mm end overcut, which helps operators compare this blade against nearby alternatives when fine tuning corners, lead-ins and small details.

CS-K16a (Asymmetrical) is also listed with compatible or alternative reference terms including asymmetrical. These references are helpful when replacing an existing blade, comparing supplier part numbers, or confirming that the product matches the naming used in older job sheets and machine setups.
